Shipping & Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12PM PST will be processed the following business day.

We offer UPS Ground (Domestic) shipping

Shipping rates vary based on the selected shipping method, destination, and weight of the package. You may view the shipping cost during checkout, before finalizing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number, and a link to track your package's journey to you. In order to receive shipping notifications, please make sure to provide an email address during checkout.

We do not currently offer international shipping, however, we may decide to in the future.

Please be sure to enter correct and complete shipping address information during checkout. We assume no responsibility for lost shipments, due to errors in shipping details on the part of the buyer. If your package is lost or returned to us, and you contact support with your tracking number, and your package has been insured, we may, at our discretion decide to refund your order.

We are not liable for lost or damaged packages due to negligence on the part of the shipping carrier. However, if your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us so we may initiate a claim with the carrier. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, shipping, etcetera, please contact us at support@gentlehandsnaturals.com with your order number and a brief description of your issue. 

In most cases, if you receive a product that is damaged, to the extent that it cannot be used, a replacement will be sent.
